LCreate Prints – Shipping Policy
Effective Date: March 24, 2025
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from LCreate Prints (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via www.LCreatePrints.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Most of our products are made to order, including DTF transfers and custom designs. Your order timeline has two parts:

Processing (Production) Time – The time it takes us to print and prepare your order.

Shipping Time – The time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it leaves our facility.
1.1 Standard Processing Times
Where artwork is already ready to print (you upload a finished design, or you are ordering from our existing designs):

Most DTF orders:
Typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is received. -
Gang sheets:
Typically processed within about 2 business days after payment is received.
1.2 Custom Design Orders
If we are creating or customizing the design for you (for example, designing a new layout, mascot, or custom graphic):
-
Processing may take up to 7 business days to complete the design and then print your transfers.
This additional time allows for design work, any needed revisions, and final preparation for printing.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays and shop closure days.
High-volume periods (holidays, major sales, or big school/seasonal runs) may extend processing times slightly.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We use common carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx for shipping. The available options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address and cart contents.
Typical options may include:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: approximately 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. -
Expedited Shipping (if available)
Estimated delivery: approximately 2–3 business days after the order has shipped.
Please note:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Rural, remote, or heavily impacted areas may experience longer transit times.

We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or major holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may depend on:

Total order weight and/or dimensions
-
Shipping destination
-
Selected shipping method
You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer promotions such as flat-rate shipping or free shipping above a certain order amount. When available, those offers will be clearly stated on the Website or at checkout and may have specific terms or exclusions.
4. Shipping Area
At this time:

We primarily ship within the United States.
If we enable shipping to additional countries or regions in the future, eligible destinations will appear as options at checkout. If your location does not appear, we are currently unable to ship to that address.
5. Local Pickup / Local Delivery (If Offered)
If we offer local pickup or local delivery in certain areas:

Availability and any associated fees will be shown at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready, including pickup/delivery instructions.
If we do not currently offer local pickup or delivery, this section does not apply.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which typically includes:

The carrier name (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Your tracking number, if available
-
A link to track your shipment online
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping email for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at lacey@LCreatePrints.com with your order number and the correct address.
If your order:
-
Has not yet entered production or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
-
Is already shipped, address changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees or be impossible depending on the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, see Section 11 – Returned-to-Sender Packages below.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed for reasons outside of our control, such as:

Carrier delays, disruptions, or staffing shortages
-
Severe weather or natural disasters
-
Peak seasons and holidays
-
Customs checks (for any future international shipping)
While we aim to meet or beat our usual processing times, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and are not liable for delays after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:

Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side doors, etc.).
-
Ask household members and nearby neighbors.
-
Confirm that the address on your order confirmation is correct.

Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and open an inquiry.
After those steps, you may also email us at lacey@LCreatePrints.com with your order number and details. We will assist where we can, but:
-
We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that show as delivered but cannot be located.

Any replacement or reprint in these situations is at our discretion and may require placing a new order.
If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered, tracking has not updated for an extended period), we will work with you and the carrier to investigate and determine reasonable next steps, which may include a reprint or replacement depending on the circumstances.
10. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your package or items arrive damaged in transit:

Take clear photos of:
-
The outer packaging (including any visible damage)
-
The shipping label
-
The damaged item(s)
-

Email us at lacey@LCreatePrints.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

Your order number
-
A brief description of what happened
-
The photos listed above
-
We will review the information and, if appropriate under our Refund & Return Policy, arrange for a reprint, replacement, or refund for the affected items.
11. Returned-to-Sender Packages
A package may be returned to us by the carrier for reasons such as:

Incorrect or incomplete address
-
Repeated delivery attempts with no one available to receive it
-
Refusal of the package at delivery
When a package is returned to us:
-
We will contact you using the email address associated with your order.
-
You may choose one of the following:
-
Reship the order to an updated or corrected address (additional shipping charges will apply), or
-
Request a cancellation for any eligible, non-custom items (original shipping may be non-refundable; custom DTF transfers and made-to-order prints are generally not refundable).

Because most of our products are custom and made-to-order, returned DTF transfers are usually not eligible for a refund. We may, however, work with you on a solution on a case-by-case basis.
12. International Orders (If Enabled in Future)
If we enable shipping to countries outside the United States:

International destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.
-
You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by your country’s laws or customs authority. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
13. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, carriers, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of our Website and placement of orders after any changes are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
